On 12th March Google Wallet’s launched in Pakistan-Safe Digital Payments app its mobile payment service, Google Wallet, in Pakistan, making digital payments more manageable.
Developed in Pakistan, Google Wallet presents a fresh, safe, and handy approach to handling digital payments. By allowing users to make payments and travel quickly using their mobile devices, Google hopes this introduction will speed up shopping, payments, and travel for Pakistani customers.
The Google Wallet app users can complete online transactions, make contactless payments in stores and even store and access digital goods, including loyalty cards and boarding passes. From the Google Play Store, Pakistani consumers can quickly download the app and start an easy payment experience.
Newly Launched Google Wallet in Pakistan
Along with supporting digital things like rewards cards and boarding passes, Google Wallet provides a safer, simpler, and easier approach to make payments. Google Wallet and Google Pay let you currently add the following bank cards:
- Bank AlFalah (Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards)
- Bank of Punjab (Mastercard credit cards)
- Faysal Bank Noor (Mastercard debit cards)
- HBL (Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards)
- Jazzcash (Mastercard debit cards)
- Meezan Bank (Visa and Mastercard debit cards)
- UBL (Visa and Mastercard debit cards)
Everywhere contactless payments are accepted, cardholders of these banks can add their cards to Google Wallet in Pakistan and make payments using their Android phones or Wear OS devices. Google Wallet payment cards can also be used for online or in-app purchases at merchants supporting Google Pay.
Nearing Google Wallet from Pakistan
Very Soon on Google Pay will include these bank cards available:
- Visa debit cards from Allied Bank
- Easypaisa Digital Bank (Visa debit cards)
- JS Bank (Visa credit cards and Mastercard debit cards)
- Zindigi (Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard debit cards) will be able to add their cards to Google Wallet in Pakistan soon.

Google Wallet supports in-store, online, and in-app payments. Prominent platforms, including Onic, Gul Ahmed, Sana Safinaz, J., and KE, will incorporate Google Pay via PayFast, allowing customers to make secure and safe online transactions.
Google Wallet provides an effortless experience for travelers who can save boarding cards from airlines, including Batik Air and Thai Airways. The app also sends real-time flight departure and gate change notifications, enhancing the airport environment. The app also lets users safely contact and pay internationally without their cards.
